Warehouse Manager

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Loading and unloading trucks for following days work based on work orders
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Warehouse Manager Skills and
Qualifications:
Supervision, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Equipment Maintenance, Fork-lift operator, knowledge of construction a must!
Requirements:
o Able to lift up to 75 pounds
o Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to think on your feet and be a problem solver
o Perform basic arithmetic and calculations
o Must be clean cut and make a good impression with customers
o Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check
o No history of drug or substance abuse
Benefits:
o 4 PTO (paid time off) days per year (pro-rated based on start date)
o 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service
o Incentive bonus plan
Salary: $12.50 /hour
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
